We love the 'new' aquarium. The shark hall and the rope bridge are our favorite parts. As part of the ZAP (Zoo, Arts & Parks) program...there are different free days offered at different facilities. The ZAP free day for the Aquarium is November 30th. I would go early or take the kids out of school. Maybe with all of the Christmas Festivies the crowd won't be so bad.

'Come celebrate this special season by enjoying this live nativity. Dress warm. Shopkeepers are serving hot cocoa and rolls with honey butter in Bethlehem. Bring a can of food for the Utah Food Bank. Given the paths are narrow and we have live animals, please leave strollers and dogs at home. We look forward to seeing you.
For those without young children, we highly recommend you come after 8 p.m. so traffic through the Nativity is more even.'

Wild Wednesdays at the Zoo Wednesday, November 25, 2015
Just a reminder that Hogle Zoo's Wild Wednesday's start this month. The last Wednesday of every month in the winter time are free.
We have gone to a few of the free days, yes you have to bundle up, but the animals are really more active in the cooler weather.
Plan a fun day on your calendar...and remember the winter zoo hours 9-5.
